You may only sppedhack during logining (using "Cheat Engine")
However, it's almost impossible to speedhack while playing. Thats obviously true because you have to be in the same speed as everyone else in the game.
Even if you did find one, you will be noticed by other players in no time and get banned the minute after. ^^
