On iSro or other official servers with 12d you wont get adv B from nova's. Dunno about 12d private servers.

You will, on cap 110 servers i had 61% on all stats 101 nova +7 i got 12d adv elixir [SOX] B grade, useable on d11 items.

at 110 cap you ll get 100% a B grade but since it isn t 110 cap anymore (i miss it )
