Latelly i've been getting tons of DC's when i'm in town.

And almost none while im out grinding (*cough botting cough*)

Town, especially Hotan today...

Maybe its just Alexander Server but who knows...

hmmm...i think u just got DC alot in town because to many players = lag = DC well i get plvleld and i got alot of DC out at grinding areas (agbot was on for fast login...) untill i double clicked my mediapatcher wicht i mostly allways do after sro updates normaly solves the DC problem for me =)....

and the server i play in is athens...

While botting lolz coz Agbot or iSRObot doesnt connect properly xD

Also make sure you close any torrent programs you are running, it eats resources, and bandwidth, just a thought to try and lessen the frequency of your DC, but on the other hand, it could also be what bot you are using having connection problems to the remote server.
