Warlock/Cleric PvP

Hi guys. I have a one question, it's about warlock's debuffs. Is it works at level 110 on other players or not. If it works, if somebody knows how tell me. I used vampire kiss and other player get disease 12 level, but division doesn't work... I need some information about it. Thanks

Against Holy Spell lvl 4 debuffs won't work.

Hint: last stun is 100% chance, as i remember.

The rest you learn alone, makes no sense to get everything ready without trying yourself at all.

There is a chance that your debuffs will work even when your opponent has got HS on Lv 4.
Check out some PvP Vids at YT and u will see, that some debuffs are going through this spell

Thats cause the spell isnt level 4, on lower level holy the debuffs do work. By lower level i mean you have debuffs D11 and his spell is still d10
, thats an example.

I dont think desease from vampire kiss/touch is a debuff. By debuffs i mean bleed, division, weaken, impotent, decay.

the only debuff combo that can go through holy lvl4 is disease+hidden
