NO! Bifrost is no friendly Virus/Trojan -.- ! Its a stealht 'Remoteaccses Tool' which let the 'Hacker' (ProjectHax = WeeMan) capture your passwords/IDs and so on.
At the moment it's undetectable for lots of good antivirus programms (I don't know why but AntiVir is able to detect it). The risk to get hacked isn't very high (cuz ProjectHax got lots of Victims) but I whould think of...
