About the "force choice. You should choose FIRE.

This build will make you a pro.
Just get a good gear, and a good wep. And you will be able to tank pretty much anything.
You should add your stats to STR.
But if you want to, you can also put a few lvls on INT, for the extra hybrid power.
I have not yet lost an pvp to an equally setted chinese char.
The problems comes with the overpowered euro chars.
Warriors and rouges are VERY dangerous with their crits.
That is why i suggest to use ice lvl20.
