How ?????? how u install or patch it or what ever ? When I open it and put ''patch'' , then it says that it's unsuccessfull ! What im gonna do ?

hey but it's not working.. or when I press patch then nothing happens, it says that its unsuccessfull, what I have do to ? or how to use it ?
