Problem with 6102 Packet (Login)

If i wanna send :
ID : ABD
PW: 123
Server : Aquarius
12 0300 414243 0300 313233 0000 FF 0B01
"0000 for mobile vertification code???"
is the packet correct?
if so, i receive if id or pw is incorrect , if correct i don't receive
need help

If it's correct, it is connecting you to AgentServer and you received 6103opcode and this is response
Jeśli passy są dobre to łączy Cię do AgentServera -> 2001 opcode i później dostajesz 6103 z passami.

Problem is i recieve encrypted packet , so it doesnt appear
