Fraps question

Sadly for some reason i start lagging on SRO when starting to record with fraps.
I've used fraps before reinstalling my XP, and never lagged, but now it goes crazy, and i have no clue why.
All drivers are up-to-date, and graphic card is GeForce MSI 210 1024 MB. procesor intel pentium 3 GHz, 3GB RAM DDR2, Windows XP SP3.

Any clue how to fix the lagging or why it might appear?

Yeah a mod should clean ur posts too: you are doubleposting. Use EDIT button

Btw.. there is another program called 'Game Cam'. Better than Fraps in my opinion.. Only thing negative that you have to start gamecam before sro.

I aint 2x posting, he had another post with the same **** right after my post.
As you can see an admin was here, cleaned, and banned the guy.


Gamecam for free i suppose i wont find, therefor the fraps question.

Just download via torrent a cracked version of w/e you want.

You need to learn some things about free stuff ^^

It is on the stores for free too if you steal it , it's the same.

Anyways , try to reduce the recording FPS to 25 or 30 , and untick "Lock framerate" . It's normal that you endure lags while recording , because your CPU can't handle easily two big tasks at the same time (playing and recording) , plus your hard disk speed is very important too , a 10 000 RPM hard disk would be good . Hope i helped.

Thats how i got fraps free, gamecam didnt find like that.

I normaly record with 30, and tick just FPS.
Thing is that before i reinstalled my XP it didnt used to lag at all, even at FW, battle arena, crowded areas, all went smooth.
For some reason it doesnt anymore.
I personaly thought 3 Ghz intel pentium would do the job for silkroad , since its not such a demanding game. (normaly needs just RAM, that i got 3GB DDR2)

ON: For me, Fraps was lagging like **** all the time, no matter how good pc did I have. Game cam was running smoothly, just you have to start it before sro. Its free to use, or it was when I was using it. Anyway, you should give it a try, even if it is a cracked version you use.

I think you do need glasses dude, as i said after my post he posted again his ****, then i asked for a clean-up.
The clean-up happened, meaning the post got deleted, and the guy got banned.
Did ya get it now? If you didnt, then you're a lost cause.

As for the gamecam advice, thanks.

There is a lot of **** advertised as good out there, and more then 3/4 of it is bullshit wrote by some child who cant read good or a virus.

Made fraps work on the 2nd pc, topic can be closed, i wanted to do it myself but the close option doesnt seem to be available.
