Ok hum I never really went trough the script system but I know that the town script is now automatically done. That means, what you have to do is write your script from the middle of the town (when the bot has finished refilling) to your hunting area.
Another solution that I often use when I'm feeling lazy. At the bottom of the agbot page, you have a button with description that says : use new script file system. Press it, then select the town and then select your mob. Bad aspect is that it's certainly not the hunting area you would have liked, but it's better than having to make the script yourself every time your bot goes to town.
For programs that make scripts, I'm pretty sure they are all outdated. Anyway, making the town script was actually the hardest part but you don't have to do it anymore.
