Yes, you can choose what ever blues you want
On chest you can:
4x str/int
4x luck
4x ignore
1x dmg 5%
1x attack rating 5%
25% hp recovery
150hp
Head:
5% parry
5% dmg absorb
1 str/int
mp 25% recovery
150 mp
Attach:
5% attack rating
25% hp recovery
For chest best blues: 3x ignore and 5% dmg,
for hat: 5 parry and 5% dmg absorb
and for attachment: 5% attack rating
As you can see you can get 5% dmg increase and 5% absorbation, thats like 50% prem+ !
P.s. hp recovery increase is only when you sit or stand still, it doesnt affect pots.
