Didn't denchick told you you need to download net framework 2.0 or 3.5 to make it work? please state it there because some stuffs wont let you open it If you do not have those.

Re-update your thread and btw, to those who do not know where to download Net framework 3.5 here is the link [ to download me click ] and btw, this is really really safe because it is from the microsoft website
