This guy sent out a global on Gaia the other day under the name Sp3ct3R.

I bought the character via PayPal and then he d/c and I never heard from him again.

Today I contacted him via msn under a different name and he tried to sell me the char again. When I called his bluff he gave me some bs about being a different person, but he had told me to send the money to the same paypal accout that I sent it to two days ago so I know it's the same guy.
