Dupe tools - you won't get them. Mainly because people don't want others to be able to do something that only very very small % of community can do.
Gold hack - not possible to do unless you would hack servers database, + again if it was possible, same case as with Duping, no one would want to release that kind of big thing just for free into the whole community.

First of all, what spyrow said is right.
You are going to make a "hack" for a server (even on OS, i dislike this), do you think about developers/admins that worked hard to get the server online?
By the way, wicked shaiya is one of the oldest servers online (more than 2 years) so they have a community now (100 players is not much but it's a friendly server).
Why destroy it ? Why would you like to get faster the items/money than another that worked hard to get it ?

Best existing hack for now is brain, work with it instead of begging like you do.

Yeah its really hard work to use Software from others
to run a Server and make money with it.
But yeah...just destroying stuff isnt good =p
