This is probably a one milion times answered question and the most noob question ever but would it be possible to create a Physical defense or attack hack????
Ive seen very hard to kill and at the same time doing some nice hits HM players at pvp 1-15 !!! Thank you

No, that is not possible, this information is server sided so there won't be a way on "hacking" this information as you would need to have access to the database of the server

That phenomen is called cashers, a species that buys virtual goods rather than food or cloths.
