if you like farming go to shaiya underworld
if you like to pvp go to shaiya endless
but there is a lot more out there just go through the shaiya advertising section

that should help you out for a start

There are already a lot of EP4 - 4.5 servers, you certainly need to go read under Private Server Advertisement so you will see them by yourself
