Go into your database find the selected mobs. "PS_GameDefs.Mobs.Exp"
Go ingame and see name of mobs to reduce Exp on.
Set the EXP in there to lower level or do like i did and just remove all EXP from 1-15 and 20-30 Battleground mobs.
..also i think when u pvp nd kill someone it also gives ya the exp high not so sure but its another question i also had to ask just to make sure is theyre a way to lower is also?..
