yes he is. says he has 800+ OS ops. sends me a picture of his "stock" its an old pic from 2010 of a friend of mine that was selling swift n plh on forums n you could see his ops...255 + 157 doesnt = 800+

Plus this guy refuses to show his ops, wants you to pay while he isnt even in the game. I buy ops on a daily basis between 500-600 ops a day. never had anyone like this scammer before. AVOID
