You don't create them, you use the existent capes and change their model. There's only a total of 510 capes you can play with, 255 with Type = 24 and 255 with Type = 39.

Yes, a valid model is made up of a .3DC and a .DDS.

In update wasn't 3dc files.You should find them in extracted data

I believe the new capes use the same 3DC of the long capes.

Theres a dds called ev_13mantle_hu, but I can only see it (the model) under the "Pagan/Oracle" type capes. Is that correct?
