This is one of the servers I bounce between (I play two pservers) and I have to say I love it! When I look for a server, I want something that gives the game play what it should have been on OS instead of over-saturation of uber players, moderate-experience, and earning what you get (although it sounds like a life moral, I like some of my life morals brought into my game play). In this server, you get what you deserve, experience flies by steadily and there are lots of surprises along the way (Chaotic Bags make it feel like your birthday every time you get it in your inventory!)
This may seem one-sided (pro-chaotic server), but I've been to eight different servers and I've only been on Chaotic for a little over a week. The staff is friendly, attentive, comical, and very helpful (something I look for...if the staff doesn't care about the players then it shows how much they care about the server in general :/ )
PServers come and go, but when you find a good one its best to hang on. You'll never know unless you give a try, or check out the server information on the forums. Download didn't take long, about 30-45 minute but then again I multi-task when downloading large files
