How to add ep5 gear to and ep4 server

Could any1 help/tell me how to add ep5 gears to a ep4.5 server?

Easily.
Take an ep5 item.sdata and edit everything to 60 and under.
Edit the stats too if you want. Castors tool produces an sql script for the database so that part is done for you as well.
Done. Simple o.O

Yes it is very important to make sure that your information/edit in the Item.Sdata (Client side) is exactly the same in the Database (Server side) Otherwise you will run into some issues. So like make sure the levels are edited in there, the stats, all that fun stuff. But as Snuggle mentioned using Castor's tool can also help =)

Well i dont know why but casotrs tool doesnt provide me the armor models...
i cant edit any ep4 or ep5 armors cause i dont have the models but it works for the weapons tho

Did you read the instructions on how to use Castors tool?....
If you did you wouldn't be missing models.

Agree with Snuggle here.. read the long *** guide written by the maker of the program (you know, that thing that Castor took a long *** time writing out at the start of his release post, so that people can USE his tool)

If you actually did read it, say the first.. 20 lines.. you would know the fix to your model problem. Simple as that, go take a look

So basicly I just need to edit Item.Sdata and that is it , I dont have to inject any EP5 gear DDSs and 3DSs?

No you don't need the texture files that makes the items show up in game....
