For example that we use it for buffing, pressing every 10min.

it will automaticly push 1 , so you will need to click on the mobs, maybe you can put a autoclicker in it? Would be nice

To improve u can just download autoit and add what u like in the "bot". And u dont need to be a hacker to do that.
