This is a bug but it already a old bug like 6 mounths i think there is a small bann change. Look only a bit on your map when you usef it but i never got banned for it. (Has do it more than 25.000 times)

If they ban you they are creapi... i saw that it works in other way too.. so you pay great harpoons and do small Dmg...

I think this action do not leaves trail in any site, therefore it is impossible to get caught.
