Question [ASK] HELP

please anyone can tell me why i cant make the event quests when i go to the quest giver it appears an tab maybe in german and i dont know what it says?

you have to wait 2 hours before being able to do the quest again.

u cant do quest because after restart u dont have a team and u have to shoot one npc.
