Jackpot double and 20% chance up

Anyone know how these things work? They are effects that you can put on weps and such, but i'm now sure if they really work or not.

I bought a hammer and tb, one with jackpot double chance and one with 20% chance up for enchanting. Though I don't know if they are working or not. If they have to be equipped to work/unequipped to work, or if the effects won't work on weapons.

Could anyone tell me how to get them to work?

AFAIK you can change every Enchant ID into the Magazine +1 Enchantment. Worked for me

As long as CE is still active, yes.
You can stack up to Magazine +5
at the 6th enchantment, my sub account got blocked.

These are Items you use at an Enchanting. They are Consume Items. Just as the Name Changes, you can't just "equip" them, so AFAIK it's Impossible to cheat these Items.

Double Jackpot = You've got a higher chance to get 2 Enchants levels with 1 enchant (Ex. 1x Enchant lv 2 TD)

20% Chance up = You've got a higher chance to get ur weapon enchanted(Ex. 80% Success, 20% fail. With the Chance up its 100% Success)

Yes, you can put the 20% chance up and double jackpot effect ID on an Item.
example: 5 Items = 100% chance up

Alright, so suppose I buy like 5 hammers. I leave them in my inventory with the success chance of 20% each. The success chance would be 100%? They don't need to be equipped, just present in inventory?

No, the Items must be equipped.
Buy 5 Clothes items, equipped, 100% - have fun.

Hammer
Bat
Face
Shoes,
yet 2 of my enchanted equipment reset..
Anyone else have any ideas as to how to do this...
