That was my old problem

Now I can't fix my error always gives appcrash about kernel32.dll . Can't play s4. No antivirus problem. Re-installed game. disabled firewall. Hopeless

That was my old problem. Problem solved. It was just a simple BEX error. I think I did sth about that
