[Release][Addy]Disable Every GFX Effects for Low-Tier Computers

Hi.


I found this by accident, but I thought it might be useful to the community, especially for those that has low tier computers or laptops (If your FPS is <20 during gameplay). This mod is for you, Basicly it skips every graphical attempt to produce effects. Making it less processing which means you get an increase in FPS. Your FPS will not drop down if you get hit by a Bomb or Rocket Launcher.
