You can make Upper Portal in RohanGame Database Using Recon or ALT+C
and the other one is in world files.

nope. maybe you edit in wrong way.

im using rohanstrs for editing i only changed the levels to 110 and it crashed.

i am using rohan strs to edit monster levels, i have only edited the levels i did not change its rates yet and my mapid crashes

Bitmaps numbers :P copy paste their bitmaps folder and you will have it aswell.
