guys, how can you create a Fenatti's with max %melee %DD and all things as a GM? Can you create it with a command? I know /create Fenatti's_Ray only creates a Fenatti without stats.

You cannot create it with a GM command.

you have to either create the specialized item in your bin file or edit the item after it has been created in the database.

find tut about how to send item to event inventory. its more easy than editing item that already exist. you can send the item with/without stats to all/online/offline/spesific player.

If you can understand it, use it.
If you cannot, don't mess with a Rohan database.
