Search this forum for idea on how to decode and modify your own .bin files.
However if you don't have any idea what is supposed to be in them, you have a 99.99% chance of totally ******** your server, client or both.

Nobody but a complete and utter moron will give you item codes. These are specific to each server and NOBODY will hand you the keys for hacking their server's items.
