I tried it but when i clicked the RPE.exe it says "Windows cannot find C:/user/administrator/desktop/macro/rpe/rpe/rpe.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again"

then the rpe.exe got deleted after i close the the error message.

Disable your anti-virus or add the RPE folder to its exceptions list.
If there's still a problem, uninstall your anti-virus.

is there a way to easily get the timing or the sleep value so that it wont get dced?

Nope, you have to find the right number of send and sleep for your server.
Every server has different delays on skills.

I will add a guide on how to adjust the skill combo filter if I have free time.

It doesn't work on private servers with anti cheat system. You have to find a bypass that will allow you to use RPE.
