this is a BUG so you don't need any bypassing or searching for an address to make this work

HOW TO DO IT:

YOU SHOULD BE IN KEYBOARD MODE TO DO THIS

1st: Equip a CR(close range) core(body) and lower(leg) armors and for head, boots, and gloves equip LR(long range) armors, WIND WEAPON

2nd: then after doing the 1st step use your BOOSTER skill that came from your jetpack stop 1st DO NOT MOVE

3rd: when your jetpack is on press E so that your char will move to the right(1 press only)

4th: turn off jetpack and then BOOM you are ready to go

ps: if you change your armors/weapon your move speed will be back to the same speed

yeah this is proven.. this is a bug..

but i think you must not use a WIND weapon (if you're a corite)...
im a corite so i only use intense weapon(my main weapon).. GM velo and LR(helm,gloves,boots)..FR(upper,lower)

it blinks..its called jumper bug..it works also..

in some cases in ROph your character don't blink but you are moving SOO fast even faster than a person with jetpacks on
