yes.. how about the effect? i have tried it on others not the siege kit, it works. i dont know with this siege kit.. maybe ill try this later...

it's effect for ur damage , if u use four siege lvl 40 ur damage up to 140% , u can hunting easily lol and use lvl 55 weapon and then U GOT BANNED LIKE ME XD~
