How to play RFph in other countries..like UK

i am currently in the UK, i tried everything from my knowledge just to be able to play RFph here..sadly..what i know, aint enough. kindly please..if any of you has an idea..please share you thoughts..thank you

you need to use proxy server which in turn will cause massive lags.

yeah..i know i need to use proxy servers..but how to do it...and the best proxy programs..i dont know any of these..
