no ip

Hello people!)
I have problem: i use xampp and my registration is working , but i create no-ip and when i write in my opera no-ip/registration page is not found, but with my ip is is working.....how to do working no-ip?

no-ip is a 2nd dns to connect to your registration u have to enter the host name that you chooose at no-ip ... which would be soemthing like this...

rappelzhome.no-ip.com/registration or yourname.no-ip.com/registration ..... it only subs your IP by making your IP and dns ....
