i need last game_bin i have rappelz personal server but he is epic 6.2 and i neeed epic 7 or the last bin to transform to best epic .....sp plz help pro member ..........................sorry because my english

i have this file but without tyran (death tyran )

if i add the pete id .....(540069 - Death Tyrant (Death Tyrant - Wiki)
540001 - Ent (N/A)) are will work ????

after i download this i istall here where ??
