Sandboxie is not working in all Countries.
It depents on the Guard Software from Rappelz.

An alternative way it to use a VM with 3D Support.
e.g. VMware Workstation

It works ! ( I am using it by my own with an XP host and XP virtual OS.)
You must configure it in the right way, so it is able to display 3D graphics.

Please note, you need the Workstation version.
The VM ware player has no support for the 3d graphics.
