The server is made for lovers of long up level, and farm.

For me the private servers should be a high rates to let the players try everything
1- killing bosses
2- pk on
3- using and choosing the best gears

I do most of the players themselves say they want a server with little tick rate
Already played enough on servers with large rating. Want something off of the average between the server and the pirate

Agree with sokolikov, lowrate server with exp x10 are enough ... else it will be boring after some days. The main thing ist to be able to get CS items without real money.
And lowrate (but with higher droprate) is great b'cause you are able to have fun with other players already in low content. always high content is boring, too!
