Only Trolls Ask for it ... u dont know how many ram Want PVP Server to Work fine ? ;p
i think 512mb is enough for pvp server 
Minimum Ram - 8gb
Maximum Ram - How Many u Want [ 8+++ gb ]

512MB is enough for a League of Legends free cash site XD.
If you're looking for a high online count the minimum is 8GB man! (will still crash).
I recommend you for +16GB.

4GB, so you can run Windows 64bit on it (well, sure, you can run it on 3GB or lower, but 4GB is recommended).

xijezu is right my serv is epic8.1 working on 3gb and it's lagfree with maximum120 players online

My words on that? 4gb OS, + 4gb mssql + 4gb server.exe than it really works lagfree, or you have some bullshit on your Server like windows2008rc2 web-edition.
additional 4gb for use like ziping, backups and so on would be fine.
I´am wondered what the hell is that **** inside there^^ nothing use for a gameserver but installed^^

Ps for mssql express its this spezifikation: 4gb max database, and per cpu-thread max 1gb ram.
better you buy an standard from second hand market or make it as the arabians.. crack it löl
