server delay

any body know how to bypass the skill delay of certain skills

example in our server the musical strike has a .2 sec fix delay on gvg map only

i use ahk but still theres delay i saw people bypass this delay and they dont share it

fix delay is set on the server its not client stuff you can try to experiment with rpe or no delay grfs
