think about it, with 60 cap, eveyone will have the same skills build since they can max out 5 skill trees[assuming 300 skill mastery max]
where is the fun in that?

I personally find something in between 80-90 cap to be better with 300 mastery max since the builds will start to have differences now that they can't max out everything

You have a point but, the builds are much more fun. Ever seen a ice blader rape? Probably not. There are alot of builds that are good at 60 cap that arent good on the 80 cap. Also if you played the 60 cap you would know what is feels like when pvp fights dont last 2 minutes. 30 seconds and you have a winner which makes it really fun. Also you need to play your char in a certain way against each build because spamming 123 wont work with the 60 cap. Dual builds are very popular which makes it really fun. To everyone their own.

I made a 60 cap server, I might make it 70 but not sure yet. The server is always online so it makes it really fun knowing you dont have to wait for host to come back to play.

Part 1 of what? Silkroad client? You can get it at the official website. update it and then use the launcher on my website with my ip. You will connect to my server.

I am not resseting anything until I see an actual good updated in rev. The only changes are a couple horse bugs and whatsoever. I will fully reset the server once a good rev is released. The reason why its 5 hours its cause I currently am at work. I finish in approx 3h30 mins. Sorry for the delay but dont worry once I restart the server itl be ok. I will add you guys some silk no probleme. I will be summoning uniques once I get home. I will be in game at the front of jangan.
