You can't translate that, get the Asian Language pack, and post here the correct china/japanese/whatever characters.

I talked with GM and he told me server is on
check because he will ban scammer and use track? to find
exploiter like ppl磗 wich is duping items.after he banned all scammers,server will come
online,the data file server are wrong and will be back in 5hours or 2 days. and he resolved
the lags. i hope not lag anymore at all and the server will come back in 5hours and not 2
