Maybe honeypots cuz you can't even receive a invalid user message from GlobalMgr port.

as far as I can see,these ports are open,but they are filtering ip or something,cause these services just won't send any data at all

Ports are open BUT.....

Ok so I have checked and yes ports are all open etc BUT people still can not gain access? Even with windows firewall turned off I have that same problem. I am unsure as to whether avast is causing the problem and if it is what do I need to do to stop it blocking people? I turned all the shields off briefly to check it but still the same problem :(
Request close please I have resolved what was wrong lol

I have the Private server. And I need to open ports 9958 5816 and 9957. I got 9958 done, but 5816 isn't opening. Basically, I have a MR814v2 and I need to open the above ports. I tired Port Fowarding, and i checked from a site, and it says that its open. But when I try and loggin, it says 'Unable to connect to game server.' (Which is port 5816)
Help please.
