Right click on shortcut -> Compatibility -> Run in Windows XP SP2 mode

Second left click it and go to properties
Third click on the compatibility tab
Fourth check the run this program in box
Fifth change it to windows xp service pack 2
Finally check the run this program as admin and click ok
