Hello Guys
i want to ask how 2 add Speed Effect
like this screen
RagingNerd Speed
So If Any One Know The Steps and the codes please put it here
how 2 add it in media.pk2 and in database
step by step

mediapk2, skilldata%enc, you need to edit the .efp path to the desired one, or create your own

Are you lazy or something?
Open skillddata enc files, search for SKILL_ITEM_MOVE (theres mroe than 1, u need to find the right one) and edit the .efp.

visual isn't really important,
Just edit it's value in dbo._RedObjCommon > paramter 6 > change 100% to 500% or whatever.. if that is what you want
