You need setup IIS Server and Configure your CGI_Internal folder.

I cant because i dont know how can i setup iis server ^^. But you need iis server for fix this error.

For people like this guy over here, is one of the main reasons why I didnt wanted the files to be released, because they are so stupid that downloads the files and don't even know how to configure an emulator -.-
