this server isent fack cuz i have tested it yestrday around 100-120 ms i live in canada Montreal there was no lag but there was a lot of bugs like an shield with Br -1 etc....

Yeah they told us that they wanna fix bugs... I think it will be longer down because there were a lot of bugs yesterday-.-"
and the br, mag attack -1 problem is only display error... If you have parry ratio 20 and take on a thing with parry ratio -1 you have 25 for example...

this -1 are not bugs
it's media.pk2 messed up
if u use chinese media.pk2 stats of equipment appear with real stats
but don't worry u see -1 but stat isn't -1 it media.pk2 bug
