SWSRO 2 frezz/lag help

HI guys reasontly iv been getting hug frezz that last about 15seconds each sometimes or more iv restarted mt Wifi network and im still getting the frezzes/lags it wasnt happening before they started about 1week ago U_U is there a way for me to fix this problem? iv asked many people in game if they are having the lag/frezz they say no so its just me U_U help plz (:

try another hardware wifi router or acces point. sorry for my bad english.

im curently using Atheros AR5007 802.11b/g WiFi Adapter up to date i use to wifi netowrks they all have great download speeds up to 900kb's but still lag.

lost packets can cause the problem.
what is your signal quality?
i have notebook MSI with this same wifi card and i dont have problem with lags.
