Click continue. If you did something wrong, this message appears (like when you set auto party 500000-100000000, and you click the Auto Party to make it form). Nothing to do with it, press continue.
Spaming pots? I experienced this when i was wearing job suit. Btw relog should do it.
EDIT: If you put pots to 0% it won't use it anymore ;p
