PROBLEM TO FIX PrivateSRO

HELLO, i have some problem to fix some bugs for run my PrivateSro
ex:
Cant create a new char error (S1030) ---->
Cant log in char created from Database, when i select the char and i click on ''START'' nothing appen (no DC no CRASH)

i need help from Skype or TeamViewer.

Probably this error happens cause of 2 things
1-The area where it should spawn(The character) is disabled.
2-Something wrong in _AddNewChar for example the procedure gives the character something which does not exist.
I suggest you to use a clean Database.

SRO_VT_SHARD -> Stored Procedures -> dbo._AddNewChar
Edit account database name to your current one.
Hint: the last 4/3 lines on the procedure.
